View from the balcony was better than the pictures. Staff were incredibly friendly and happy to help. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service at certain times of day to the main town center (including bus station drop off/pick up) which was very helpful, as were the free water refill stations (filtered water). Breakfast had a good choice & was tasty. Easy to book day tours if you were interested. Nugget & Oreo were also a wonderful bonus to our stay.

The owner has spend with us good 30 min explaining us about the spots to see in Malaysia as well as recommended us the trails which we can take in Cameron. The hotel itself is extremely clean and very comfortable. We had a nice room, it was very pleasant and quiet which allowed us to sleep well. I can recommend this place to everyone.
