Very helpful people, truly caring about the quality of your stay. I had an issue with one of my bags and after I asked where I could buy some duct tape, they actually went to get it for me. Communication was very easy as they all spoke and understood English very well. And of course just a very beautiful place!

This property is fantastic. It’s like a mini boutique resort with so many facilities, many of them quirky and unique, but at the same time so tranquil. For the price it was excellent value. The room was large, airy, very clean and had travellers in mind, e.g multiple clothes hooks for towels, suitcase racks, spaces for storing items. The activities on site included a tour of the tortoise nursery (a must!), a gong bath, not to mention the fantastic underground cave with saline swimming pool. We also paid for massages which were excellent and super relaxing, clean and professional al spa. The staff were also excellent - very attentive, friendly and helpful. Properly the best service we’ve received on our two week holiday whilst in Mexico. On site restaurant had a great menu with a variety of local and classic dishes, high quality cuisine. Do not hesitate to stay here! A little out of the main centre but 6mins by taxi, only 20 mins to some of the best centres in the area.
