From the customer service, guest relations staff, to the kitchen/cleaning staff, the cleanliness, the decoration, the details and everything, this place is absolutely fantastic! I stayed in the dorm room, but it was very comfortable and quiet. This place deserves a solid 10.

A personal thanks to Fernando who really stood out! And then the rooms. Just gorgeous, generous in size, with all the amenities, a hammock to relax, super comfy bed, plenty of towels and a grand and majestic marble bathtub in a tropical garden within the room filled with flowers. I mean wow!

Featuring barbecue facilities, Casa Mia El Cuyo Eco Beach Boutique Hotel is located in El Cuyo in the Yucatán region, a few steps from Playa El Cuyo and 1.5 miles from Cocal Beach. Booked the “penthouse” apartment for three days - WOW! The best place we have stayed in a month around the Yucutan. Huge kitchen diner, large bedroom and wrap around balcony. The views of the sea in one direction and the forest and lagoon in the other were superb. Views of the stars at night and many species of birds at dawn. Great breakfasts, fun staff and El Cuyo is a gem of a place (good restaurants, looong beach)

Beautiful, new and tastefully decorated boutique property just outside the main area of Merida. We stayed in a balcony room which was huge and very comfortable. The cocktails and dinner menu (in particular the shrimp tostada) were delicious and well worth the cost. Friendly, helpful staff. It was easy to communicate with the concierge using WhatsApp. We also enjoyed cooling off in the pool.
