Situated in Ciudad Juárez, 4.6 km from La Rodadora, Hotel Mesaluna Short & Long Stay features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. I highly recommend this hotel. We had to get a US passport for my baby at the consulate next door (and it's literally the next building) and this was the perfect place to stay in a rather rough town. Everything worked, the restaurant employees figured out how to get us fed, even when the restaurant was officially closed, they let us check in early and check out late. The AC in our first room didn't work, but their maintenance man swapped out the entire AC unit quickly and when that didn't fix it, management moved us to another room as quickly as possible. Ultimately the maintenance man did fix the AC and they could have moved us back to our first room if we had wanted to, but we were tired and the second room was fine too. So if you have business at the consulate, I highly recommend it. I would say the entire staff likes the hospitality business and they are quite good at it. I suggest that you reward them for their excellence with your business.

The staffing and concierge are great; they make your experience personalized and comfortable. Me an my girl were pleased with everything and how they handled the situations. Their food is great, there was no need to leave the hotel to eat.
