We had such a good time with Kate, the manager, who organized a nice trip on the island for us, helped us with buying good quality vanilla, and pretty much helping with everything we needed ☺️ Emil was also super nice and prepared some good cocktails. You have to try their rum arrange (we ended up buying 3 bottles for taking home) and their puch coco 😍🍹 Definitely stay here when you are in Saint Marie!

Featuring an outdoor pool and spa with aromatic massages, Princesse Bora is located on Sainte-Marie Island, off the east coast of Northern Madagascar. A white sandy beach is only steps away. This was my favorite stay in Madagascar. The immaculate grounds, the spacious villas, the bar and restaurant, the spa, good wifi in the reception and lounge, and above all, the staff! The attention to detail at this property is amazing and the staff and management are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure their guests are completely satisfied. I stayed on half board and both breakfasts and dinners were delicious. I really wish I could have stayed a few extra days. Highly recommend and would love to visit again.

We stayed in a bungalow further back from the beach but you could still see the sea and be there within 30 seconds - perfect! Food was lovely and they accommodated making me vegetarian food (although limited as with a lot of the rest of Madagascar). Staff were lovely, we planned to move around Ile aux nattes but ended up staying here the whole time as we loved it.
