Nestled amongst lush tropical vegetation, Libertalia Hotel offers accommodation in Sainte Marie. Staff were all lovely, especially Aurelie, very helpful. Location was great, outside town but close enough to walk and things around. Hotel beautifully decorated and food was tasty.

The location is absolutely amazing, great for the beach and for walking into the villages. We stayed in a bungalow further back from the beach but you could still see the sea and be there within 30 seconds - perfect! Food was lovely and they accommodated making me vegetarian food (although limited as with a lot of the rest of Madagascar). Staff were lovely, we planned to move around Ile aux nattes but ended up staying here the whole time as we loved it.
