Cleaniness and calme. The room was big enough , clean and the bed was comfortable.The managment is there for any help you need. Everyone was helpful and wanted your stay to be unforgetable. My little girl had her birthday on the same day of check in and iI asked the hotel if they can prepare something for her and they said with pleasure. They prepared a small birthday party for her. Really you made her day. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for the nice birthday surprise which made my liitle girl so happy. Thank you very much for everyone who involved in the preparation and participated in the birthday party. Big thank you! All in all, the best accommodation on our round trip across Morocco (we stayed in several riads but also in Marriott Rabat, Sofitel Casablanca).

Decoration of the hotel and the rooms, comfort, view from the restaurant is amazing, and very good service. The breakfast is very good, and the Moroccan specialities in breakfast are certainly the best I've eaten in years: they meet up to the culinary reputation of Fez!
