These people have really gone above and beyond with the restoration of this building. It was very interesting reading about the history of this property and seeing pictures of what it used to be. It's very unique - the floors are absolutely askew since they kept the original structure of the house, and they adapted the furniture to it as well. Lovely furnishing choices in my opinion and an incredibly cosy atmosphere. Breakfast was great - be sure to mention it though if you are a vegetarian, since it is not a buffet, but they serve you the whole thing! The location was also great, in a characteristic street full of cafés and shops for hand crafted stuff, a 3 minute walk from the bridge over the Venta river.

Jēkaba sēta is located in the heart of Kuldīga, right by the main pedestrian street, within a 14-minute walk from Venta Rapid. Great location, friendly staff, good restaurant, very good breakfast (special thanks for the fresh coffee). I would definitely recommend this place to others visiting Kuldiga.

This small and cosy 2 Baloži is located in the heart of the historic old town of Kuldiga. It offers rooms equipped with all modern amenities. I have stayed in this hotel I think 3 times by now, I LOVE IT. Especially the large room! It is amazing! They have a free parking and if it is taken you will have 2 places right next to the hotel to park at They have Marmelade right on the first floor, best sweets and cream soup EVER They have AMAZING breakfast, SO GOOD for the price you pay! They are always welcoming and the girls are very sweet

This newly renovated hotel is located in the very heart of the beautiful and romantic old town of Kuldiga. Kuldigas Metropole has been a hotel and restaurant since 1910. The breakfast was amazing! In fact, there was so much that I could only manage half. Photos are attached.

We stayed with our 3 month old baby and everything was provided! Cozy, warm and modern place. We felt like at home. Will definitely stay again when we are in the town next time.

Very nice modern/retro apartment in an absolutely stunning location. I only regret not paying a bit more for the flat with the river view.
