What a hidden gem we have found! Although slightly put off initially by the rate p/n, we soon realised how fairly priced it is! We got to enjoy a 1-hour long foot, head and shoulder massage, breakfast, lunch and dinner with unlimited tea and soft drinks, morning yoga session all included in the price. The instructor led yoga session was one of the main highlights of our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. It was our first time trying the in-room aerial yoga facility which was such a wonderful experience. Another highlight was the complimentary water rafting which was so much fun and the views will last in our memories forever. We will also dearly miss the impeccable butler service by Saman - overall, an unforgettable stay and wish we had more time to enjoy all the facilities in this brand new hotel.

Amazing view over the river, excellent hospitality from the guys including big and delicious breakfasts and a brilliant rafting/canyoning trip. 100% recommend coming to this fantastic spot!

The restoration of the century old property was done exceptionally well, from the intricate tile floors, to the custom wood work, and the perfectly mannered gardens, it’s an oasis of beauty.

We had a brilliant 3 days at Roysth Estate! It was the last leg on our 2 week trip with out 18 month old around Sri Lanka and certainly the highlight! So many thoughtful details such as a baby monitor set up in our room and placing us close to the action so we could allow Arthur to nap whilst we were by the pool! The food was insanely good and the tea factory tour was fascinating! The staff were all so accommodating and delightful with out son. He was so well looked after and became a huge fan of hoppers and roti! Neil and Farzana were fabulous hosts and made you feel at home instantly- when we arrived it felt more like arriving to a family party than a hotel! The rooms were lovely and the whole hotel has been decorated in such a thoughtful and tasteful manner. The spa was also brilliant- the complimentary foot massage on arrival was very welcome after a long drive! Would highly recommend to anyone, especially as its only just over 2 hours from the airport so makes an ideal place to get over jetlag or top off a trip!

Located right opposite Ma-Oya River, guests at Hotel Elephant Park "Grand Royal Pinnalanda" can watch elephants from their rooms. It has a restaurant and offers room service. We took room with the river side view and it is amazing! Staff very nice!!! Definitely recommend to stay and enjoy elephant bathing times! At 14:00 there are less crowds then at 10:00, but you have to see both times! Most crowds gone after 30min, but elephants swims in river about 1,5h.

Localizado em Pinnawala, o Cafe Pinnalanda dispõe de uma piscina exterior localizada a 100 metros. The staff greeted us at our tuk tuk and took care of our bags. Our room was nice and clean. There's a mini bar, for a fee, and a store right below. It's directly across the street from the elephant orphanage. In the morning, around 10:00, you can watch a herd of elephant cross the street. Quite a site

Pinnalanda Hotel offers free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property. Surrounded by lush greenery, the hotel is a 1-hour drive from the Kandy. Nice location and responsive stuff
