(I hope I spelt his name correctly) I stayed here on my first night in Vientiane & it was such good value I came back again for my last night before flying out. The rooms are impeccably clean. On my first night, I stayed at the room beside the road. There can be some noise from traffic at night. On my last night, I requested for a room on the inside & it's quiet. However the airconditioning had some issues and didn't cool the room. Lixay was really helpful to explore options to mitigate the problem and I was satisfied with how the issue was resolved. Throughout the process, he remained calm. His keen customer service and great display of empathy helped to turn the situation around. Highly recommend to stay here if you get a room! Plenty of food options in the area.
