Location is perfect for exploring Vientiane. Staff was great, especially the breakfast staff! They were super friendly and helpful with accommodating for allergies. Breakfast was delicious with lots of different options. Housekeepers did a great job with cleaning the room. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back!

Lovely clean spacious hotel room with great view over river at back. Ate at restaurant for evening meal which was good. Staff very attentive and helpful. We chose this hotel due to closeness to border into Laos. Staff arranged their hotel minibus van to Thai border crossing but can do trips to Laos as well. Quiet location which suited us.

Not only were our rooms close together, but there was a door between them. We were able to put our girls in one room with my wife and I in the other. Instead of 2 twin beds in our room, they had a queen size for us to share. The staff at Asawann understood our situation and worked out a room situation that was better than any option we could choose online.
