Front desk was truly friendly and very helpful. Cleaning service was on point. Thr grounds wete beautiful and well kept. Staff were eager and willing to accomdate.. If ever I have to visit St Kitts again I will stay at Royal.

Our villa was on the ocean and had a great view. The villa had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location is great with all the restaurants, the Strip and grocery store all within walking distance.

The location, which has a beautiful view, was perfect - close to the town and key facilities but still quiet and serene. The host was great and very helpful. Absolutely everything, the views were stunning. The apartment has all that you need and absolutely beautiful inside. Laverne the host is an absolute gem. Very kind and welcoming, also accomodating especially when I asked to stay another night 😊. Was an absolute pleasure staying here. So peaceful and quiet, don't book one night though, its not enough lol. I wish I could have stayed 3 or 4 nights. Next time I'm in St kitts I will he staying here and for longer 😁😊. Good location overlooking the Atlantic sea. The kitchen was new and well stocked. There were three floors, two bedrooms and two bathrooms although to get to a bathroom from the top floor bedroom you had to go down a spiral flight of stairs. The apartment was comfortable albeit a little dated. There were two balconies to sit out on. Joyce, who manages the properties, is excellent and very friendly. She is quick to respond and helped us with a taxi and a arranging a tour of St Kitts.
The is an AMAZING LOCATION!!! My flight was early to St Kitts. The staff accommodated me with an early check in!!! This was beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Room is a SUPER BONUS!!! Large... clean... I did not need to leave the area as the hotel offered everything on site!! Cheap prices at the restaurant and the food was so delicious!!!

The staff (and everyone on St Kitts & Nevis) were very pleasant, the room was clean, the pool was nice, and the view of the Caribbean was great. 3 stars is generous for this hotel in my opinion.
Modern studios, very clean, on-site parking, although not located on a beach, the location is still convenient to visit St Kitts (if you have a car) - overall, alright value for money
The location is PERFECT - right on the beach with great sunsets. The restaurant serves food that felt like it was so much more rich and expensive than the menu prices. Friendly staff, cute kitties on sight, and free beach towels. Loved it.
Wow, absolutely stunning grounds and pool area. Our cottage was roomy and comfortable. We liked the projector screen that doubled up as a window blind, wouldn’t normally watch a movie on holiday but this was novel. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony watching the monkeys in the garden. The food was delicious and very well presented. Excellent service all round.
