Lobby was welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean. Gym was really big with lots of equipment.

Massice construction site at the Timothy beach resort end with pile dirvers and jack hammers making terrible intrusive noise from 8.00 am through to 6.30 sometimes. A huge new marina and hotel complex is being built and the whole mountain side is in the process of being demolished. Only stay there if you are hard of hearing, the mountain drilling nose was unbearable so we moved to Sugar Bay 5 minutes walk away.

We had a very awful experience in St Kitts Island
We went to the most famous volcano in the Caribbean, Mount Liamuiga.
On the trail on our way back from the summit we had an attempted robbery with a pointing knife about 12 inches blade.
He asked me for my bag and my husband manage to get the knife out of the criminal’s hand after he and I jumped on top of the man and took the knife out of his hand.
Was very stressful.
We are two well trained people in the mountains and with knives and guns as well.
We were very lucky that today we can tell the story.
This situation have more details , but this is enough to know for to be extremely careful in St Kitts Island remote areas.
We reported at the near Police station at Sandy Point and returned the weapon to them.

Love the proximity of the roar of the Atlantic and the soothing Caribbean Sea, the lively beach scene including a fantastic favourite Mr. X ‘s beach bar / restaurant. There is a rams grocery convenient. I love the smell of the air and sun on my face

The location was perfect to continue homework, after a full day of plenary meetings. There were hardly any other guests on the premises
The management has lost quality control on the facilities. As a hotel, the management has to see to it that there is water after 9 pm which was not the case. After being intimate, my partner and I need a fresh shower, which is impossible.
There is no beach to relax. Nothing to accommodate the guest after a hard day's work.
the location is very good plenty happening around the frigate bay area facilities around sealofts are very good the pool and the cooling sea breeze from the atlantic. Also The Host was very welcoming & was always at hand if needed
