Brenda at front desk was awesome, she helps us with daypass at beach, with unfriendly bolt courier and print our boarding passes and always smiling. Also Angela in restaurant was so kind and profesional and we loved her. Last but not least security guy was very kind and profesional and we feel as good as home.

Beyond expectations, services offered were great, the guest relations manager was just amazing and so nice, we had a birthday and he managed to decorate the 4 bedroom Apt for an amazing surprise. The boating and jetskies rental offerings were also convenient and Capitan Amir Ali was so nice and took us next to sea-trees to swim. We will return soon for sure! Thank You Jumeirah team, you did everything just perfect for our stay!
