The apartment was spacious; it was nice to have a living/dining room and kitchen area separate from the bedrooms. It was by far the best value of all of the hotels we stayed in during our trip to Japan. The Star Wars theme (which didn’t occur to us until we got to the hotel) was much appreciated by our family of Star Wars fans. It was very conveniently located near Nagasaki station and the street car lines. My son said it was his favorite place we stayed during our two week trip.

I am familiar with Japan, but wanted a hotel at the beginning of the trip where I felt like I could get help if I needed it. The Global View was perfect for this. They provided a magazine filled with restaurant recommendations and the front desk was very kind in helping me make a reservation. They were also able to book me a taxi for travel and check on some questions I had related to the ferry out of Nagasaki. The hotel was very centrally located and decorated beautifully.

Fabulous hidden gem in the northern part of Nagasaki. My room was super spacious, light and comfortable with a terrace facing the street (fotos do not do it justice). There's hardly any traffic in the street so it's super quiet. The tram stop is around the corner, very convenient, and will take you to all the important sightseeing spots. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, highly recommend this beautiful, little hotel!

Been here for 2nd time. Last was 2019 before pandemic. The hotel is as clean as before. As you expect in Japan hotel. The shower is the best. The location is super good, just in front of train station, bus stop and tram stop, minimarket are in the left and right of the hotel. We took the breakfast, and find out it was really good with adequate choices and affordable price. Will recommend this hotel to whoever visit Nagasaki

Private room was cheaper than a dorm bed would have been on the weekend in Fukuoka. It was small but well equipped and clean, this hotel is high standard for a very good rate, excellent value! Nagasaki is a very beautiful city, worth to spend a few days there and Hotel Wing Port is the perfect base. Location is also great, steps from the JR station and next to the coach terminal, in the very centre between all the attractions.

Perfect location, very professional, kind staff. World-class employees!! Perfect ambassadors for Nagasaki, and I have travelled all over the world. They are simply outstanding. They gave me an incredible room on the top floor. I absolutely loved it! Had everything you needed and more. Extremely clean and comfortable. Nicest accommodation I had during this trip to Japan. Thank you all!!

Location-wise, Candeo Hotels Nagasaki Shinchi Chinatown was great. It was at the heart of the city and wasn't very far from the JR station via tram. Breakfast was continental although I had to pay extra for it. But best of all was the spa. This was available to all clients and was open to all. The best time to head in, if you're shy, is about 5-6 PM.

Delicious breakfast every morning made with what felt like real care and craft, best breakfast we've had in Japan! And they very easily accommodated us as vegetarians which we've found to be not that common in Japan. The hosts were very kind and helpful. A great location right in central Nagasaki, would definitely stay again for the breakfast alone!

After 12 days in Japan this by far was our favorite accommodation. The room itself is inviting and spacious. We enjoyed the in-unit laundry and after staying in hotels since our sat at Grand Base can tell you that this is a game changer! We also loved the neighborhood. Close to everything. Nagasaki was the best city we visited. We will be back!

Really interesting place to get in. It is kind of pansion where the owner lives on the first floor and guests on the floors above. Owner is English speaking, pretty friendly and polite, provided with information about sights around Nagasaki. Hotel location is 20 mins from Nagasaki station - not that far. I also really liked onsen.

The room was secure and clean. Just the right amount of space for 3 people. Location wise, it was convenient, albeit located in a relatively quiet neighbourhood, about a 10 min walk from Nagasaki station and near bus stops. The check in process was smooth though we were required to pay the hotel tax of 300 yen per person.

The hotel has a prime location to see the beautiful Nagasaki night lights. We were actually given a free room upgrade because of my name. The shuttle service to and from Nagasaki Station is much appreciated. The rooms are larger then most hotels in Japan, in fact the rooms resemble western style Hotels.

The staff were so helpful especially Wang Meng Yao who booked a gluten free restaurant for me in Nagasaki for our next destination as I could not speak Japanese. We also got a great recommendation for a day trip to battleship island. The room was good with everything we needed and a nice balcony

Very happy with the service. Staff where very friendly, and the hotel is very close to the Nagasaki Shinkansen. I had the Japanese breakfast in the Hotel's restaurant, which was delicious. Also, you can chose between Western or Japanese breakfast if you want a different option.

The view from the Nagasaki Sky Hotel was Splendid and Beautiful. The Hot Spring in the hotel was very relaxing. Overall the staff were very helpful and the room was very clean! Getting to the Property was just taking bus 5 from Nagasaki Station which was super convenient

The location is excellent opposite the Nagasaki Station. A short walk if you are arriving by the Shinkansen. The staff are so helpful and kind. Our room was the best we stayed in for our three weeks in Japan. A very large room with very comfortable bed and facilities.

I booked here bc it was conveniently located near the Nagasaki ferry terminal and streetcar lines, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it so clean, friendly, and comfortable. Even w/ my limited Japanese, check in was super easy and the staff was very helpful.

The room / apartment was huge by Japanese standards and great value for money. It was well equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine and comfortable beds. The location was also great as it was just 5 mins walk to the Nagasaki JR station and AMU mall.

The breakfast was great (Japanese style). My wife preferred western style and the hotel was happy to accommodate. Location was great for touring as the hotel is located two blocks from the tram and The Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum and Hypocernter.

I have stayed in several Fav Hotels across Japan (Kumamoto, Nagasaki, Hiroshima and Kagoshima) and they have all been great. The hotel is beautiful, the room was fantastic, and the staff were great. I will stay with Fav Hotels again.
