We had some issues with the self-check in but the staff was able to sort us out. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great in the heart of Miyazaki. Parking was also plentiful either in the garage or lot. Breakfast was simple but a pleasant addition since it was included in the price.

Miyazaki was the last stop on our trip so we could see Aoshima and surrounds and do some souvenir shopping. For Ghibli fans, the Ghibli shop in Aeon Mall Miyazaki has a bigger range than the museum at Mitaka. Yurakuan Miyazaki gave us a family room with a real authentic, Japanese, little bit retro feel. Really kind and thoughtful staff. A little far to walk to stations but taxis were easy to find and cost 1 - 2 thousand yen to get you to a station or the airport. If you're not a big hotel chain kind of family, would recommend 100%.

What a place ! A gold nugget in very beautiful city 👌 The place is beautiful and very cozy, the house was very big for a group of 5 friends and very well equiped 👍 The beds and futons are very good even in winter 👌 2 places for park 👁️👄👁️ that crazy in japan 👍 The drying system for clothes was gold 😯 and the shower was very good. To resume, one of the best place to stay that i have found in all of my travel to Japan 👌 I will not hesitate to stay more next time at Miyazaki 👍 Thank you very much for the stay 🙏
We were passing through on our way from Kagoshima to Miyazaki. The location was great. Lots of parking and while it’s on a busy street out of town, there are lots of small restaurants nearby. The breakfast was included and was ample and delicious. Staff was great and gave us the two extra pillows we asked for. The amenities are fine and the room more spacious than so many other Japanese hotels. It was also clean and comfortable.
Convenient location - located in the central area of Miyazaki close to restaurants and shops. 10 minute walk to Miyazaki station. From Miyazaki station it was a 10 minute train ride to Miyazaki airport. The famous chicken nanban restaurant Ogura Honten is right next to the hotel - you have to try it! Convenience stores 7-Eleven and Lawson are nearby.
The staff were really helpful and they helped us book a massage at the hotel. They also gave use directions to nearby places. One member of staff in particular was really helpful and she spoke English and called to book the massages for us. Location is also perfect, right in the middle of Miyazaki city.

You know what you're getting with a Tokyo hotel - a small but clean and functional room, and a decent breakfast included in the price. Miyazaki's is right next to the train station, so very convenient for arrival and departure. Staff were English-speaking and helpful.

Room was clean and we had the sea view. Location of the hotel was easily accessible by car or bus (from Miyazaki airport) too. there are a lot of restaurant options nearby the hotel. We had great morning and evening walks along the beach.
This is a very standard business hotel located next to the JR Miyazaki Station. Room was comfortable and fairly quiet, though there was some train sounds from the nearby tracks. Trains are infrequent, so this was not an issue.
The hotel is close to the station if you need it for an overnight stay. Starbucks and 7-11 just round the corner. However you wouldn’t need it for an overnight stay and I’d recommend taking a train to somewhere like Miyazaki.
My go to hotel in Miyazaki because of its huge open bath and free amenities (including beer and snacks). Outside looks old but rooms are very modern and designed to aid sleep.
It’s located right in the centre of Miyazaki so there’s plenty of restaurants around. The room was clean and not too small. Check-in and out was easy.
Everything was great and as described and perfect location to explore Miyazaki. Very nice Hotel with nothing to complain about.

Location. So convenient to the station. And about a 5-10 min walk to Aeon Mall. Also friendly, helpful staff. I don’t know if they speak any English because I speak Japanese so language wasn’t a problem for me.
