View out the window to Miyajima was gorgeous. Loved the room with both beds and a futon tatami area. Breakfast was great. Heaps of options, fresh and yummy! Onsen was lovely! Shuttle bus from the station was great and timetabling of it was great for us to get in and out of town.

The house and the facilities were amazing. I had to admit that I did not have the chance to enjoy them as they should due to my travel schedule, but next time I come to Japan on holidays I will spend at least a couple of nights here. Also the staff was very friendly.

The hospitality is exceptional. We had bed warmers for the night and were sent on our way with hand warmers as the weather was cold.

There is also access to the common area with many snacks and drinks provided. One of the most complete experience I have had in a hotel. The price might be on the steep end but definitely worth the experience!
