Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Exceptionally well maintained rooms. Extras like the onsen, curry with rice after 5 PM, good quality tea and coffee were very much appreciated.

Breakfast was frozen rice or pasta - actually rice was delicious. Coffee was from a pod so definitely more quality.
