Breakfast buffet had a lot of selection. The property is about 9 minute walk from JR Sapporo station which is very convenient. The onsen was very nice but can be crowded in the evenings.

I loved the kitchenette and proximity to the grocery store so I could save money on meals and get proper nutrition for my special diet. They have the guest's comfort in mind and have the guest experience very thoughtfully planned out. The room was clean and quiet. I was not bothered by cigarette smoke smells or noise.

Well appointed rooms, large bathroom, good amenities. Extremely conveniently located within New Chitose Airport which was great for our overnight stay before heading to a ski resort the next day.
