The hotel is very well located as it is right next to the bus stop and metro station, which is very convenient as the bus from the airport leaves you literally at the entrance of the hotel. In the metro station there are restaurants and shops. Also, it's very close to the stadium and convention center, only two block away! Finally, the breakfast buffet is very good!

The negative reviews of this hotel are unfair. We found the staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was well appointed, very clean, fresh and good linen. The location is in the doorstep of trains and underground. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.
Breakfast was a good portion, and there was convenient transit both into Fukuoka proper and to Kyushu University, which I was visiting for work. Plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood to get dinner at as well. The price is very competitive and affordable.
The hotel is a traditional Japanese style setting, with nice Japanese garden, onsen and meals. The entire experience was truly sensational, including the staff were friendly, capable of English speaking and attentive. My room size was sufficient for 3 people and the room layout was very user friendly. Overall, I rate it as a 5-star hotel experience.

Great location - very close to Hakata and walking distance to Canal City. The hotel was really nice - the bed was comfy and the in room washer dryer was so helpful. Was easy to get to Fukuoka airport with public transport and check-out was very easy.
Very hip location, good vibes in the hotel. Loved the lounge area, happy hour and co-working spaces. Especially grateful to the breakfast service team who went out of their way to make me a special vegan dish. I hadn't even asked for one but they were so kind to make me feel welcome.
