Location is a little bit further away from the Tenjin/Hakata areas, but still just only a 10 min walk away from major shopping centers and eateries. But as an added bonus, the area is quieter and more peaceful. The rooms were either very well kept or very new, everything was in great working condition and clean, and the interior design of the rooms was great. I loved that there was a door separating the bathroom area and the main room area. More hotels should have this!

Just in front of Hakata Station, accessible to both JR and subway trains. There is free coffee at the lobby. The room is bigger than expected and comfortable.
Breakfast was a good portion, and there was convenient transit both into Fukuoka proper and to Kyushu University, which I was visiting for work. Plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood to get dinner at as well. The price is very competitive and affordable.

Amazing location and cool interior design. Great co-working space with fast wifi, perfect for remote working. Free drinks happy hour every day was also great! Very centrally located, and close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants etc.

I will absolutely stay here for next time, everything 10/10, larger room space than average, high ceiling than usual. The cleanliness., facilities and services are in high level. This is one of the best hotel in Kyushu in this price level.
