The location is wonderful, in the middle of the forest in a wild environment where the silence is king. The staff was very professional and gentle, and above all SMILING. The kitchen was very good and the buffet was entirely worth it. The structure is modern but well integrated in the magic athmosphere of Nyuto Onsen and our experience was authentic and breathtaking. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere and right on the shores of Lake Towada. The room was extreamly spacious, had a big TV and also had a table and 2 chairs as well. The outdoor hot spring was amazing to go in and the views were brilliant. The restuant I only went in for breakfast and yes it was expensive, but the food was absolutely amazing. Really good location with local walks neaby and very peaceful location.
