Each year we travel to Japan, trying to discover a new city or region. This time it was Nagoya. Since we didn't know this city at all, it was very helpful to receive a message from Mikiko telling us how to reach the Samurai house III from the train station. As soon as we emerged from the taxi, we were welcomed by Mikiko's staff. Everyone was very friendly and we had immediately the feeling to be at home. All the available equipment was shown to us and we were also told how to use everything. The house is really beautiful, with a superb interior design and a great attention to details. We've been traveling accros Japan for the last 15 years and Samurai Housse III is certainly the most beautiful and confortable accommodation we had the opportunity to stay in. The house is not far from a subway station, several konbini, restaurants and a very nice supermarket. Mikiko was always available to help us and answered all our requests very quickly. The next time we travel to Nagoya, we will most certainly stay again at Samurai House III. Thanks to Mikiko and her staff we were able to fully enjoy our stay in Nagoya. I like the atmosphere of the hotel. It is a bit old but it has charm and character. If you are big fan of antique look and feel of hotel, you will love this place. Plus, the location is actually pretty good, really close to Okazaki park and Okazaki castle. In addition to it, the hotel is close to 2 local train; Aichi loop line and Meitetsu line.
The hotel is near the airport and Aichi Expo, so it is very convenient for me to come by plane and go to the site. Also the interior is quite good, with a rather large lobby and free breakfast, and the room is equipped with more things than I needed. The staff can offer English service, and there are guidances in English.

Love this hotel. Rooms are slightly bigger than hotels in Tokyo and were great for our family of 5( includes baby). The view was exceptional. The breakfast was awesome, a bit of western to east items and again the view was great. We got Club Lounge access which I highly recommend, quality drinks and food items for the entire family. Location was exceptional with station connected to hotel and one stop from Nagoya station.

The location of the property is excellent. It is near Sakae area which has so many shops, malls, and restaurants nearby. It is only around 100-200m away from the Central Park. The hotel has public bath if you wanna try it
