Location was central to train and subway lines, food options, shopping and sightseeing. The hotel and rooms were clean and as shown on the website. Check in process was easy. The hotel was well staffed and all staff members were polite and spoke both English and Japanese. Amenities were plentiful and good quality. The view of the city in the morning and evening was amazing.

Great location for sightseeing in Nagoya. Close to both Sakae and Fushimi stations. There were a number of restaurants and convenience stores in the area.
The room was big enough for two people and had everything we needed.
Cleaners came every day and did the job properly.
There was a coin laundry and several vending machines inside the building.

It was a really nice place to stay in a great location across the road from Lawn Plaza which is part of the central parkland. It had quite a few shops and food outlets within a short walk. The room was small but functional and comfortable. Every evening they do ‘Happy Hour’ which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good - very different to what I’m used to but nice. Make sure you have change for the coin laundry and you can buy laundry liquid sachets at the front desk.

Amazing cost-benefit, my room was clean, comfy had a jacuzzi and built in karaoke on the tv. I had zero issues checking in/out, i went to the counter located at the 4th floor and said i had a reservation on booking by my name, the staff was super friendly, i paid and she gave me the key to the room. Checking out was very easy, just gave the the keys back and left.

The staff were brilliant and incredibly welcoming and friendly. We arrived in a downpour before our check-in and they allowed us to leave our bags there and gave us an umbrella to manage in the rain. They were generally fantastic throughout our stay.
