It's a beautiful and cozy property that's right on the lake. You basically just cross the road and you're at the lake. Special mention to Letizia for being polite and understanding. The wifi in our room was very weak and I had to work for a couple of hours both days that we were staying at Como. Upon informing her, Letizia first provided me with access to the wifi at the reception. But when that wasn't working either, she accommodated us in the last available room which was one with a lake view while we had only booked a garden view room. So we basically got an upgrade and that too for no additional charges. The inconvenience of poor wifi being sorted, we were able to enjoy our stay and the hospitality of the staff at Hotel Domaso. Special mention also to the wonderful lady who took care of us at breakfast. Unfortunately I didn't ask for her name. But she was super polite and very very patient.

Our room had a beautiful view to the lake. The breakfast was great! We had a car so it was easy to go to Bellagio. Then, took a ferry to Varenna. We also went to a beach close to the hotel which Carlo’s wife recommended. Thank you we had a great time!
