We loved staying in this amazing historical hotel, right where the ferry arrives at Varenna. Perfect location to be able to explore Varenna from, with nice little swim spots nearby and the town and several restaurants a short walk away. We loved staying a few levels up with a beautiful view of Lake Como from our balcony. The staff were lovely and we enjoyed the provided breakfast. An unforgettable stay!

The location was great, very quiet, and local. It was an easy 30min taxi/1.5h water ferry to Bellagio and there was lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. The room was fantastic. It had great finishes, was extremely clean, and had an incredible lake view. The staff were really friendly and helpful giving us lots of tips of things to do. They also helped us deal with a parking ticket we got so that we didn't have to spend our precious vacation time waiting in line at the post office to pay it. The breakfasts and dinners at the hotel restaurant was also great. The portions were big and the price/value ratio was perfect.

The place is amazing! There you can play with their dogs, goats and have amazing time in the nature. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good! We recommend it and we look forward to coming back! :)
