They were all helpful, particularly Biswajit, Santu, Arpita, Bindiya who greeted us every morning. Adnan was very friendly and helped us with a reservation on Christmas night at Cal-On, and gave us great advice about visiting locations in Kolkata. I stayed at this property two separate visits in December, and will definitely return.
