I booked last minute as plans changed and absolutely loved Villa Sera. Mahan was so helpful and even the cleaner whose son was with her (even though he’s usually studying computer science at university) we’re so friendly. It took a bit to find at first but that’s the Old City and once I found it I found it easily again. Rooms aren’t large but well laid out and the bed was so comfy. I loved the mini Nespresso machine and the Green Tea with lemongrass was a great way to start my day. Also, there are sooo many street cats in Akko. Instead of souvenirs I was buying cat treats!

Heel behulpzaam personeel. Auto gratis en direct naast de deur parkeren. Hoewel het hotel een beetje gedateerd is maakt de prijs een de lokatie alles goed. En heel belangrijk: De bedden sliepen gewoon echt goed! Het ontbijt in het ernaast gelegen hotel is ook echt heerlijk! En vanaf het hotel loop je zo het centrum in of de boulevard op. En dichtbij heerlijke eetgelegenheden. Wij gebruikte het verblijf als uitvalsbasis voor troops in Galilea en de Golan. We zouden het zo weer doen.
Het is binnen een mooi appartement. Mooi uitzicht ook over het Meer van Galilea. Leuk ingericht ook.

Het ontbijt was erg lekker en gevarieerd. Elke ochtend werden we verwelkomt in de eetzaal door de 'chef'. De kamer was netjes en schoon. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. De eigenaar maakte regelmatig een praatje met ons. Het zwembad was heerlijk. Echt een plek om nog eens terug te komen!
Most definitely the cleanliness of the room and bathroom were impressive, as was the layout surrounding the hotel; the greenery, huge pine trees, bubbling water with ducks, the sound of the howling Jackals, the green grass. Very relaxing.
Breakfast and dinner were great. Staff was exceptional! I've been coming to the Sea of Galilee for over 50 years and this is the best hotel yet!

One of our favorite hotels! It's like a homestead in a coniferous forest on top of a hill. We love coming here in winter when the fireplace is lit in the lobby and you sit in a comfortable chair and look at the fire with a cup of tea or coffee. Large comfortable rooms, an amazing breakfast with a wide variety of options, a quality fitness room and an excellent spa. Cleanliness, comfort and excellent service.
