They arranged a number of things for us. Another thing to think about and praise is the food service. Their free breakfast buffet is truly amazing. Because we visit Manado and the surrounding area about every two years to visit her large family, we have ended up staying in quite a few of the area hotels. the Sentra's food is the best of all. And that is saying something. One thing we often order is the Manado porridge, called Bubor Manado among other titles. The Sentra's is the best! Over the course of our month-long trip, we stayed at the Sentra 3 times. We mad friends with the manager, the chef and cook and sevaral waiters. They treated us like royalty honestly. Due to the close proximity to the airport and some of my wife's family, and the excellent excellent service, we now know where we will probably stay on future visits. One other thing; the Sentra is actually connected to one for the area hospitals if you need medical care quickly. I highly recommend this property.
