Batam is a very dirty island. People have zero respect for the envoronement. Rivers are hazardious polluted and the streets are public trash belts. Rats and cockroaches are a common sights everywhere all day and all night long. Lets not even mention the smells... taxidrivers are annoying and will charge you too much.

Wow! This resort was incredible with stunning views of the Singapore skyline from our villa room & private infinity pool! Breath taking views!! The staff were absolutely fantastic in ensuring our stay was comfortable. We had Andry assist us throughout our stay & he was so wonderful- excellent hospitality & customer service -he truly made our trip - thank you so so so much Andry!! Staff throughout the resort were so friendly & welcoming. The restaurants, cafes & bars had delicious food, cold refreshing drinks, aircon / fans & stunning views. The breakfast had a huge variety of options. Highly highly recommend!! Wish we could have stayed longer!

The wifi is actually fast, and strong. The pool is so so, but that is bonus. For the room, it is very clean, the bed is soft and comfy. The aircond is functioning well. For the iron, need to request via call, and the staff will deliver it to your room in 5 minutes.
Very friendly spoke English great. One of the staff members took me to the mall to help me get a local SIM card. 💯%👍
The staffs are very courteous and allowed me to check in way early than the usual time. The location of the hotel is quite far off from the bustling areas of Batu Aji. It's quiet in the day. Not much happening in and around the hotel.

The scene is exceptionally beautiful and serene. The room price reasonable and shuttle service is fast. The pool also very wide with many level that can be explored. My kids enjoy the pool very much and the scene from our room is very pleasant with balerang breech as background
Location good for shopping for second hand items
The staff were really sweet and helped when the crazy taxi driver from batam ferry terminal locked me in the car and demanded more money than agreed! (try and use gojek or grab for safety when in batam, unfortunately there aren't any in the ferry terminal to the south east of batam) there are some nice warungs and coffee shops nearby, in an interesting part of town with colonial architecture. quite convenient for airport and very convenient for the international ferry terminal.
