Food at Kepri Mall was reasonably priced and had lunch and dinner at Kopi Toast/Godiva, Hong Kong Town & Malaya Restaurant (we love Hong Kong Town best even though its not really Hong Kong Food). Shopping was great and got some good deals at Kepri Mall. We also had a foot reflexology on day one and manicure pedicure + hair treatment on day two at the shops outside Kepri Mall entrance/gate 4 at Shangri-la Spa and Eska Spa respectively. Kepri Mall is 10 mins walking distance from the Radisson Golf & Convention Centre Batam. Radisson do provide buggy shuttle services and if you take the buggy services, it will shuttle you to the go-jet station (some form of motorcycle grab service station) at the main road of Kepri Mall along some shops. So taking the walk to Kepri Mall along those shop takes only 5 mins.

Nice and a wonderful place to visit and relax but nothing much to see except the food, the lovely people and shopping . Shopping is worth for money its cheaper to shop in batam . The hotel 89 is great just a few walking distance to shopping centres and restaurants.
Affordable and good value for money for food and shopping. Fresh seafood at Barelang was a great experience outside of Batam Centre. Taxi rides are not particularly cost effective. Factory outlets should be named Polo Lauren outlets. Was dissapointed with the items sold there.
Batam Centre is the place where you can get comfortable and affordable stay.You can find alot of nice good food..shopping malls and even massage. I am very sure to come back to Batam again.
We rented a motorbike and roamed around Batam during our stay. It is not very convenient to reach the motorbike rental shop as it is quite a distance from the ferry terminal, and the taxi driver had sent us to the wrong location, fortunately the locals were very friendly and helpful, they extended their help beyond extra miles by communicating with the shop owner and sent us to the destination using their motorbike. We learnt that we can arrange the motorbike to be pick up from the ferry terminal in the future. Overall we enjoyed very much with the seafood and the shopping there. We will definitely be back again!
Nagoya is batam city area that provide a lots of tourist places to go. Do try Lai Ka Tong Massage which located beside of paragon nagoya hotel, massage skill is really good and the price is very cheap as well. Anyway, I really like their body scrub + massage, it’s highly recommended. After finish, I will suggest to have a bowl of fish soup at yong kee restaurant which only 2minutes away from the massage centre. Singaporean would definitely love to go there!
Sekupang is a nice place to stay with family at the see shore. Water activity is once should experience.local people is very cooperative and simple but before going Batam one should understand the currency rate.
Nongsa is about 40 min away from Batam town. It is a fairy quiet place with not much activities nearby. There are restaurants within the resort but there there are a few restaurants nearby, Taxi or car can be hired to go around Batam. It will be good to go for a day trip in town for some nice food, shopping and massage.
Nongsa the best beach resort area. It is a totally different environment from the city of Batam. High class resort and nice beaches with various sports activities with affordable price.
We booked two rooms for 4 nights, the twin room size is ok, got balcony facing the main road, but abit noisy from the motorbike sound at night, I requested to change the room facing at the back. Reception staff Joyce managed to change one room for us facing the back, no balcony but much quieter environment. Staffs are friendly, hotel restaurant breakfast was quite ok more on Indonesian food style. I enjoyed the karaok room over there. convenience to Batam city like Nagoya shopping mall.
To whom it may concerned, Frankly speaking this 5 star hotel. Personally I am truly like Mariott group hotel whenever i travel to other cities or countries like SG, Malaysia or Indonesia esp for work. This hotel is on my list. This is my very 1st time visited batam on sept 10th-11th 2023 Then i am glad that batam city also has Mariott hotel. I booked it. First time i arrived. Ms Cindy as front liner was helping me so much to early check in. Which i was so happy n thankful to her.

The cleanliness of the apartment, the location is just beside batam center and facing the sea, so you can expect strong wind which is so relaxing.. staff yuni was very friendly and nice, answered all questions promptly.. we felt very welcome.. the room was spacious.. there is a swimming pool, gym and restaurant available.. if you will like to go for breakfast, you can just go to Harris Hotel just behind the apartment complex which is so convenient a 2 minute walk..
Very clean, tidy and cosy apartment. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill and Batam Grand Mall. There is a local wet market and eateries to immerse and appreciate local live. Smart TV and great wifi in-house for Netflix and such. Fridge is available for store ice cream and cold drinks. Complimentary bottled water and instant noodles with sanitized utensils readily available. Convenient pickup/drop off by Grab or Gojek. Highly recommended!
Stayed 5Jul to 7Jul 24 twin room. Very beautiful hotel - bright yellow color theme. Room wall picture well painted yellow - really beautiful. Spacious toilet. Mr Vincent, the Front Desk Manager, is an excellent guy, very friendly and helpful, providing good information about Yello Hotel and Batam. From the doorman to housekeeping and not forgeting the restaurant crews are all friendly and they serve with a smile.

Location is beside Batam Centre ferry terminal. Apartment beside Mega Mall. Easy to travel to. High floors and windy. Because view. Room near to throw rubbish. Generally pretty clean but lots of improvements needs to be done. Given some complimentary snacks. There's a smart tv. Beautiful pool area.
Their hospitality! Feel warm on how the staff treat guest. Was a bit unwell back days during the stay. They offer a cup of ginger drink to comfort me. 2 days in a row. I Felt touched, Thanks Mbak Esa and Esti (i forgot the name). definitely will comeback here when i visit Batam in the future.

Very accessible to the Grand Batam mall. Easy to find food nearby. Hotel staffs were very friendly. The room i booked was small but theres a space for our muslim prayer. Water pressure is good, AC was cold. Soap and shampoo dispenser in the toilet.
To me, as usual this is my 11th time having this hotel as my top hotel over at batam. Family & child friendly. As for food wise I'm not very picky, I can just got across the road for the food or walk Abit further for diffrent variety of food.
Ive always booked this hotel everytime i come to batam. Mainly because breakfast buffet always nvr disappoint. But this time i feel that they shld really revamp the whole hotel as furniture all look old n buffet wasnt that great or much of a spread

The front staff is very friendly. She recommended Connecting room since I have 4pax. It's a convenience area. Walk to Hotel about 5mins from Batam Center Ferry. And I will come back here again..
