Our host picked us up at Zadar bus station when we arrived. He even drove us to the local supermarket to pick up essentials before heading to our apartment. He gave us tips on where to eat out & how to access the beach and other local amenities. He checked in on us at regular intervals to make sure we were ok and having a good time. On our departure, he drove us to the airport. We felt taken care of and in good hands. Loved the pool area, which was spotlessly clean. Apartment had everything we needed, was clean & comfortable.

Beautiful and modern family-run hotel with exceptional food and the friendliest staff. It provides a casual and relaxed atmosphere. Our trip to Croatia centered around the beach and this hotel was very close to a beach with sandbars. There is also a ropes park in walking distance. The hotel pool was perfect to relax when the beach got crowded or too hot. At a reasonable extra cost, an airport shuttle is also available, as well as tours that have pickup and drop off from the hotel, so you don't have to drive to Zadar for a meeting spot.

My stay at Apartment Lux Zadar was fantastic. The apartment was very clean and luxurious, with all the amenities one could need. There was easy access to parking, which made arriving and departing stress-free. Coffee and water were readily available, and the apartment itself was warm and cozy, making it a perfect place to relax. Communication with the host was seamless and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly during my stay. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located accommodation in Zadar!

This apartment is in a great location for us because it is right between Zadar bus station and the old town. The host communicated well and provided easy instructions for finding the place and the key. The whole apartment was clean and modern and had everything we needed for our stay. The wifi worked great. We walked from there to the old town and the beaches located along the southern coast of Zadar. Overall, a great experience and we would stay here again if we come back to Zadar.

Great apartment, comfortable with everything you need. Good AC, although it is in the main room, so bedrooms can get warm in the summer if doors are closed. Washing machine slow, but works. Very quiet rural area. Host was super nice and wifi, shower, and kitchen worked great. Host does not speak any English and I know 4 words of Croatian, so that was a little hard. TV worked and parking was easy. 25 minutes into Zadar and about 20 minutes from the airport.

Apartment was in a small block within 10 minutes walking distance from the main Zadar bus station. The owner's instructions on how to access the apartment were very good, her mother met me with a key and showed me around. Facilities were excellent, everything you might need for a longer stay. There is also a washing machine and facilities for drying clothes outside. Kolovare beach is 5 minutes walk away, and nearby Karma restaurant is fantastic.

The apartment is really great (spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need like you were at home) and pictures do speak for itself. The host is super nice, helpful and very prompt in answering. Apartment is situated in a great neighbourhood, it takes max. 10 minutes to get to the beach by foot and another 15-18 minutes walk to the old town of Zadar. Easy self check-in, parking place available, supermarkets just around the corner.

Normally I don’t choose to stay in apartments but my friends encouraged me to do it and they were right about this place. The owner is amazing! Contact is great. Apartment is clean, shower is crystal clear and the towels - OMG perfect white! In the apartment there is everything you need for your stay. Location - amazing! If I ever come back to Zadar, I will definitely choose this place once again 🤍

Perfect location with a garage. The best self check in instructions we have ever received. Very proactive and responsive host. Lovely apartment with very comfortable beds. Kitchen is small but very well organized and easy to prepare food in. Close to all main attractions in the heart of old Zadar. Bathroom is spacious. Apartment is easy accessible with great security.

This was our second time staying at Apartment Ljupka and once again we had a wonderful time. The apartment is a short walk from the historic centre of Zadar and is so well equipped. The host has really thought of everything. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. It has gated private parking and a spacious balcony. Highly recommended.

Amazing location, only 4 minutes walk to the beach, close to a good place to breakfast and dine with a beautiful sunset. The owner Mario is a very friendly and welcoming host. He offered to pick us up from the airport and bring us back to the apartment. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed staying in Family Apartment Zadar.

Perfect location to explore the area. During our week we went lots of amazing beaches, I'd particularly recommend going to Nin, Zadar and Pag. On Pag there was an awesome hiking trail called Life on Mars 👌 Could easily spend 3 or 4 days exploring Paklenica national park. All these things within 1 hour. This apartment was one of the best stays of all our travels and by far the best we stayed in Croatia. It is very comfortable, equipped with everything needed for your stay and made us feel at home instantly. Laso has a nice balcony with nice views of Zadar. Nino, the owner/host was very communicative and very helpful providing recommendations.

The perfect location was staying in Zadar! We were able to walk the old town right from the front door of the property! We were able to park our car right out front of the hotel! Our room had everything we needed and it was quite beautiful! The breakfast was absolutely fabulous! The host hotel staff couldn’t have been nicer!

It’s a new apartment tastefully done with all amenities needed (looks exactly like in the pictures) A cosy place perfect for a couple or a small family. Apartment is easy to find, not far from zadar old town , Bolt/Uber costs about 5-7€ from here . Host is very friendly and responsive. Check in process is super easy.

Excellent location in heart of Zadar next to main attractions, great restaurants, and 5 min to main walk along the water. Apartment had absolutely everything we needed including a washing machine, and extremely clean. Messages for check in and questions were answered immediately and made the trip even more enjoyable.

It is a great location within walking distance of Zadar famous spots and beach. The views from the balcony/terrace are simply breathtaking. You cannot beat that. Apartment is pristine clean (I travel a lot and I don’t think so I ever found such a clean apartment). It is a gem! Will definitely recommend to others.

Our hosts Damira and Bruno super friendly and helpful. Collection and drop off at Zadar Airport, plus a welcome drink on arrival. Apartment had all the domestic stuff you normally need to buy eg washing up liquid, tea towels and plenty of cutlery and crockery. Super clean. 12min walk to sea and restaurants..loved it

We felt at home here! It's such a nice, clean, modern and spacious apartment. Our host met us at the door and helped us with parking (conveniently, there's a spot in the yard out front). The location is great - easy walking distance to the old town. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Zadar!

Excellent accommodation option for a beach vacation in Zadar. Exceptionally clean and well-equipped apartment. Location in a walking distance from Borik beach and a 10-15 mins taxi ride from Old town. Check-in was flexible and smooth. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone planning to visit Zadar.
