Right next to two taverns which ,without exageration were one of the best o have been in, close to supermarket approximately 5 min walk to it, and ofcourse right at the beach! The beach is not one of the best in greece, the sand was rocky but the view is amazing and also its right at your doorstep :) Also very close to the beach in neos marmaras, which is one of the best at this side of sitonia. We recently stayed at Amantes Villas and Suites near Nikiti, in a perfect location, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The location is spectacular, with a private beach on a beautiful wooden dock, offering breathtaking views. The surroundings are incredibly relaxing, with a lush pine forest and a large, beautiful garden that added to the overall serenity of the place. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us as our husky, Maya, she absolutely loved it! The pool was very nice, clean and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing swim. Our suite came with a private outdoor jacuzzi, which made our stay even more special. We really appreciated the attention to detail in terms of luxury and comfort. Overall, we had an amazing time and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

The most striking experience was how wonderful and friendly the staff members were especially housekeeping team and bar attendant in the private areas. Breakfast was fantastic every day with big choices of very good quality food and breakfast team were very efficient and hard working especially one member of staff stood out to us very hard working with professional attitude towards guests and very polite was ‘isaak’ (hopefully we spelled the name right) Facilities were great and proximity to the beach is a bonus with breathtaking views and crystal clear water.

Apartments are quite new, very clean and nice with all you need for cooking. The bed is perfect. We stayed on ground floor with terrace where we spent nice time every evening. The hosts Sofija, Elpitha and Dimitris are very kind and helpful. The cleaning and linen change was every 4 days. Bakery and grossery store are on next street. The best supermarket Mazoutis is in 900 m. 400 m up to on of the best beach in Sithonia. We highly recommend yo visit Lagonisi beach and use a boat trip from Ormos Panagia port to Ouranapoli or Athos.
Neos Marmaras
Excellent location. Sea view and sunset every day. Very peaceful and quiet. About 400m from the center of the village and the same distance to Paradisos beach. In a radius of 150 m you have 3 markets, a pharmacy, several excellent bakeries and an artisan souvenir shop where you can find the best baklava in this part of Greece. The host is very nice and kind. Ready to suggest which places to visit, which beaches to go to and which restaurants to have lunch/dinner. Parking is provided. Great place to visit Sithonia.
Agios Nikolaos
It was such a nice trip in such a nice apartment. Magda is a special host and her hospitality great. Room is very clean and well equipped. Garden is so useful for children and also for adults. Besides this, location is perfect. Agios Nikolaos is quiet and such a nice place. Also, have lots of cute cafes and restaurants. Trani Ammouda Beach which is one of the best beach in Sithonia, is so close by the car.
Ormos Panagias
Everything was excellent, we had one of best vacays in Greece. We had big apartment on ground floor. Plenty of space, super clean, super service. Close to best beaches on East/West Sithonia coast. Really “strategic position. It is clear that you need a car. Hosts were truly amazing, Sofia and Laki, really nice people. We had so much fun with Laki. He is really great. They are also very helpful.

This is an amazing hotel, actually more than a hotel, a house! If you are planning to visit Halkidiki, do not think a lot where to book to stay! With its perfect location, well designed rooms and kitchenwares/furnitures, high quality daily cleaning and friendly owners who cares the quailty of the time you spend in this hotel, Leon Villas is the best of Sithonia! Sure we will be back next time!
The location is good and you have access to several beaches around. The hotel is a family run business and there is always someone available on site to help you for anything. Stefanos explain us the beaches around the Sithonia and gave us great tips on where to go. The room was good and breakfast was ok. There is a pool available for the guest.
Neos Marmaras
The location of hotel is good, just 2 km. from Neos Marmaras and not so far from different nice beaches on south and north of Sithonia. Balcon has a partial see view. Garden is nice and was tended daily. Staff were kind and helpful, especially a women on reception. Near the hotel you can find a lot of different good cafes and tavern.
Perfect location for exploring Sithonia. Stylish apartments in beautiful garden with very tasty breakfast and fenomenal pool spot where you can eat, drink and relax. Ovners give that place love and soul.. This was our second visit, and we hope to see you in future again!
The hotel is great, excellent for families with children. The location is isolated but very close to the best beaches in Sithonia. Hotel beach is nice, although with shadow till noon. Food is excellent, as well as the staff, very polite and always at your service.
Neos Marmaras
Excellent location on the marina and one of the best beaches in Sithonia. A lot of things to do around the hotel (including various pools, bowling, casino, cruise to neos marmaras etc.) and a very good hotel restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
Perfect location for cursing around Sithonia. Food was acceptable but, as I recall, last year, it was a bit better offer/availability. Huge bathroom, especially for Greece

Amazing beach and sea quality. Great service and very friendly stuff! If you have a small kids with you it is perfect place to stay, super good program to entertain the kids in the evening, very good food, amazing shallow sea and very clean.
The manager and the staff really take great care of the place, everyone is extremely nice and accommodating. The location is perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday. The beach is spotless and the beach equipment is also in excellent shape. I was especially surprised by the rooms and the genral layout of the villas, with each one having private parking spots and being in a natural shade. Overall, the best place in Greece that I've ever visited, will come back again as soon as possible!
