Apartments are quite new, very clean and nice with all you need for cooking. The bed is perfect. We stayed on ground floor with terrace where we spent nice time every evening. The hosts Sofija, Elpitha and Dimitris are very kind and helpful. The cleaning and linen change was every 4 days. Bakery and grossery store are on next street. The best supermarket Mazoutis is in 900 m. 400 m up to on of the best beach in Sithonia. We highly recommend yo visit Lagonisi beach and use a boat trip from Ormos Panagia port to Ouranapoli or Athos.

Excellent location. Sea view and sunset every day. Very peaceful and quiet. About 400m from the center of the village and the same distance to Paradisos beach. In a radius of 150 m you have 3 markets, a pharmacy, several excellent bakeries and an artisan souvenir shop where you can find the best baklava in this part of Greece. The host is very nice and kind. Ready to suggest which places to visit, which beaches to go to and which restaurants to have lunch/dinner. Parking is provided. Great place to visit Sithonia.

The place is very well designed. Room was well equipped. We loved the sea & island view from the balcony. This was our first time on this side of Sithonia, and we loved it. Beaches can range from wild to commercialized. Nearby Karidi beach is a must see. There are also a lot of inexpensive rent a boat options in the area. We wanted to extend our stay for one more day, and while the place was already entirely booked the host was kind enough to reroute us to nearby hotel! We would definitely love to stay here again!

The apartment has everything that you need just like at home. The location is pretty good, you can walk to the center and the city beach,also the best beaches in Sithonia (second penisula where Nikiti is located)are 4-5 km away. The host Ms Athina was very polite and friendly, she was very responsible even through her phone when she couldn't be there, also recommended us places to go and visit, plus she gave us plenty of time for check out. Totally recommend it 10/10.

It was such a nice trip in such a nice apartment. Magda is a special host and her hospitality great. Room is very clean and well equipped. Garden is so useful for children and also for adults. Besides this, location is perfect. Agios Nikolaos is quiet and such a nice place. Also, have lots of cute cafes and restaurants. Trani Ammouda Beach which is one of the best beach in Sithonia, is so close by the car.

This apartment is one of the best we have ever visited. Located 3 minutes from the promenade and the beach. We also visited all the best beaches in Sithonia. By choosing this house, you will not need anything in terms of everyday necessities. Well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, enough towels. We had a great holiday. Special thanks for the attention of the owner, who made our stay as comfortable as possible.

Everything was excellent, we had one of best vacays in Greece. We had big apartment on ground floor. Plenty of space, super clean, super service. Close to best beaches on East/West Sithonia coast. Really “strategic position. It is clear that you need a car. Hosts were truly amazing, Sofia and Laki, really nice people. We had so much fun with Laki. He is really great. They are also very helpful.

This is an amazing hotel, actually more than a hotel, a house! If you are planning to visit Halkidiki, do not think a lot where to book to stay! With its perfect location, well designed rooms and kitchenwares/furnitures, high quality daily cleaning and friendly owners who cares the quailty of the time you spend in this hotel, Leon Villas is the best of Sithonia! Room was as it seemed in the photos. it was clean, fresh and cozy. We have stayed 3 of friends, and were satisfied during our 2 nights of staying. We liked our stay in Sofia Luxury Maisonnettes. The host made sure we felt right at home in her lovely apartment. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. We really liked the big garden. It was very quiet during our stay. The location is handy: both sides of Sithonia are easy to reach and Nikiti is a short downhill drive. You could walk, but we preferred driving.

It's a very nice hotel, with a very nice and helpfull owner, Manos knows every beach on Sithonia and he will help you , with the routes and everything. I higly recomand these hotel and his owner. The best ! I forgot about the wifi , it's the best that i found in Greece untill now, it's from Ellon Musk, the Starlink, wich it's wow in Greece.

Nice little hotel located walking distance from Nikiti's marina (close to restaurants and beach) but also very quiet. Rooms are big, split level apartments, nice pool area and nice breakfast area. Hosts are super nice. It's a great place to stay if you want to explore Sithonia during the day and go to a nice restaurant by the water in the evening.

Great apartment in the town of Nikiti, strategically located to have access to some of the best beaches in Sithonia. The hosts were friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable. The balcony in our room was very spacious, and the surrounding area was quiet. There is dedicated parking space next to the building. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

The location is good and you have access to several beaches around. The hotel is a family run business and there is always someone available on site to help you for anything. Stefanos explain us the beaches around the Sithonia and gave us great tips on where to go. The room was good and breakfast was ok. There is a pool available for the guest.

apartment located in a very good place. very close to the beach in Nikiti, but also to other, in my opinion, the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia. the apartment is very clean and well prepared for couples and families with children. equipped with everything we needed. has a spacious parking lot. the owners are very nice and helpful people.

The location of hotel is good, just 2 km. from Neos Marmaras and not so far from different nice beaches on south and north of Sithonia. Balcon has a partial see view. Garden is nice and was tended daily. Staff were kind and helpful, especially a women on reception. Near the hotel you can find a lot of different good cafes and tavern.

Superb beach hotel and restaurant. Nice to have diner and breakfast on the beach. Restaurant And breakfast were good. Personnel was okay, they were friendly to other clients, rather neutral towards us. Hotel had free parking. Room was clean with a big terrace. Location was great to discover Sithonia.

Very clean and well equipped apartment, we really felt like home. Shops and bakeries are at a walking distance, and if you want to explore nearby beaches by car, it's 2 minute drive to the main Sithonia road. Special regards to owner Socratis, always there for anything you need 👍

Perfect location for exploring Sithonia. Stylish apartments in beautiful garden with very tasty breakfast and fenomenal pool spot where you can eat, drink and relax. Ovners give that place love and soul.. This was our second visit, and we hope to see you in future again!
