The houses are very suitable with lots of natural light, spotlessly clean , new and very comfortable. The villas are exactly like in the photos.
The yard is big and very well taken care of.

A clean, spacious, modern apartment with a stunning view from the terrace. Very helpful and friendly host. The property also came with some surprising extras like beach chairs we could take for the day, which was particularly useful for us because we traveled with a small car and couldn't bring our own chairs with us from home. I've been to several properties on Halkidiki and I have to say this is by far my favorite. Excellent deal in general, but especially for the price. A bonus is that it was available in October when many others end the summer season at the end of September.
A wonderful old village in Halkidiki. Still, cars and cars everywhere so it is impossible to enjoy the atmosphere. Actually, the whole Halkidiki has started to be too crowded and noisy. The beahes nearby are beutiful but there is no place to put your umbrella. The roads are constantly jammed and traffic is terrible (esp. near Nikiti). The access to supermarkets is terrible and parking sometimes is close to impossible.

Everything was great .
Everything was great . The owner Maria, she is very warm, polite and very helpful. The apartment was as a nice size , very comfortable , clean and the kitchen have everything you need. The restaurants are 100 feet away. The super market is next door to the apartment. The beautiful beach of trani amoutha is only 5 minutes away. We are very happy by staying in Agios Nikolaos.

The charming, narrow, cobblestone streets and the open, friendly people made our stay very pleasant. The surrounding hills full of olive trees in orderly rows was very soothing to the eyes and the best beach in the area, Train Ammouda, was only a 7-8 minute drive away.

The village of Agios Nikolaos is a quiet, picturesque village located around a five-minute drive from the sea. What makes it an adventageous location is the fact that from it you can easily access two bays that line Sithonia on two opposite sides. When there was a strong wind coming from the east, we went to the beach in Nikiti or Kalogria where the sea was as calm as a lake. When the wind was coming from the west we went to Trani Ammouda, where the water was calm. Every Friday there is a local market in the nearby town of Nikiti, where the prices of goods ranging from fruit and vegetables and fresh fish to clothes are super cheap.

Classic greek village, with one central square filled with people having dinner in the evening. 10 minutes drive to Nikiti and about 15 minutes drive to Vourvourou area. Some good fish tavernas in Ormos Panagias port, at 10 minutes by car.

Despite the fact that the village is not located near the beaches it is in the middle between east and west leg of Sithonia where you can drive to reach very nice beaches. It is a quiet, traditional village with a big central square with nice tavernas and live Greek music twice a week (one day is Friday).

The apartment had everything we needed, with a very spacious and comfortable balcony offering a sea view. Our stay was truly enjoyable. Moreover, the host, Margarita, is a very kind person; she even gave us a small gift before we left! Without a doubt, this is one of the best accommodation options in Sithonia.
The house itself is beautifully decorated in a peaceful environment, perfect for relaxation. It is 5 min. walk to the centre of the small town Agios Nikolaos. The beautiful beach with turquoise water is 4 min with car. The host Magda is very nice and helpful lady. I highly recommend this place.
Brand new place. Very clean place. So kind family who answered all questions and helped us. The house is 10 min away by car from the nearest beach - Beach of Pirgos. It is closer to Paralia Agios Nikolaos but it's rocky beach. Feel like the house is in the forest, near the road.
in the very centre of old town, cafes and restaurants at the evenening and local bakery morning, just around the corner. It is definately better choise to stay in Sithonia during offseason, when nearby the sea everything is closed. The place has own parking spot near the house.
