Very clean,brand new, comfortable, there’s a parking space, beautiful views from the balconies,from one of them you see the sea. The communication with the host was perfect, they are very kind and the guys who tide up the house are lovely and very helpful.
The beach is less than 5 mins away by car, the location is perfect if you want to go around. Definitely will be coming back again!

We had an unforgettable vacation and will keep a lot of good memories.
A wonderful old village in Halkidiki. Still, cars and cars everywhere so it is impossible to enjoy the atmosphere. Actually, the whole Halkidiki has started to be too crowded and noisy. The beahes nearby are beutiful but there is no place to put your umbrella. The roads are constantly jammed and traffic is terrible (esp. near Nikiti). The access to supermarkets is terrible and parking sometimes is close to impossible.

Everything was great .
Everything was great . The owner Maria, she is very warm, polite and very helpful. The apartment was as a nice size , very comfortable , clean and the kitchen have everything you need. The restaurants are 100 feet away. The super market is next door to the apartment. The beautiful beach of trani amoutha is only 5 minutes away. We are very happy by staying in Agios Nikolaos.

The charming, narrow, cobblestone streets and the open, friendly people made our stay very pleasant. The surrounding hills full of olive trees in orderly rows was very soothing to the eyes and the best beach in the area, Train Ammouda, was only a 7-8 minute drive away.

The village of Agios Nikolaos is a quiet, picturesque village located around a five-minute drive from the sea. What makes it an adventageous location is the fact that from it you can easily access two bays that line Sithonia on two opposite sides. When there was a strong wind coming from the east, we went to the beach in Nikiti or Kalogria where the sea was as calm as a lake. When the wind was coming from the west we went to Trani Ammouda, where the water was calm. Every Friday there is a local market in the nearby town of Nikiti, where the prices of goods ranging from fruit and vegetables and fresh fish to clothes are super cheap.

Classic greek village, with one central square filled with people having dinner in the evening. 10 minutes drive to Nikiti and about 15 minutes drive to Vourvourou area. Some good fish tavernas in Ormos Panagias port, at 10 minutes by car.

Despite the fact that the village is not located near the beaches it is in the middle between east and west leg of Sithonia where you can drive to reach very nice beaches. It is a quiet, traditional village with a big central square with nice tavernas and live Greek music twice a week (one day is Friday).

Very nice equipped apartment with beautiful design, spacious bathroom, quiet and private balcony. Comfortable bed and furniture in general. Espresso machine in the studio and washing machine available to use.
Hosts were very kind and helpful with all our requests. Easy communication and very responsive.
The location is superb for our liking -100 m from the main square of Agios Nikolaos and in the same time in quiet location off the street. Easy access from the ring road as well and parking available on premises.
A very spacious apartment equipped with everything that someone on a family vacation with kids would need, including air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, coffee machine and cleaning supplies. The beach is a few minutes away by car and there are plenty of places to eat in Agios Nikolaos itself. If you want to feel at home and have a lovely holiday, that would be your place to stay!
Everything was perfect for a quiet summer vacation. A lot of space, hygiene is great and apartment is well equiped with everything you may need. But most of all, our host Rita was amazing. We were sad to leave because she made us feel like home. Also, Agios Nikolaos is an authentic small Greek town where you can enjoy fantastic local food and atmosphere.
The town Metagkitsi where the property is located is very nice, has amazing food and great people. The property had a very hard to beat price, it was close to a lot of beaches and places to visit. It was very clean and had all the necessary amenities.
Apartment was best eqiped we ever had in Greece.Everything was new and very good quality.We even have a jacuzzi bath.
In the end, Margherita was also the best host we ever had in Greece.
