The center is just there around the corner and the best part is that hotel offers their own parking, charges extra but the price was reasonable, 10eur per day. The breakfast was amazing, huge variety of food and everything we tried was so tasty, especially homemade local yogurth from goat milk. Lots of fruits and veggies, and the cretan pie was delicious.

Apartament molt complet amb pàrking privat, a 5 minuts a peu del centre de Chània. Va ser una estada molt agradable i còmode. La seva propietària va estar molt atenta en tot moment i ens va posar moltes facilitats tant a l'hora de fer el check-in, com a fer el check-out.

En general tot molt be. Apartament ben equipat. Parking propi. A prop del Old Town de Chania. Tot i que no hi havia esmorzar, ens van deixar una cistella plena de pastetes, per fer cafe, sucs, i torrades amb melmelada. Un bonic detall.

Avra Imperial Hotel provided us with an exceptional service ranging from reception to housekeeping service, I received a fabulous treatment by the hotel staff they provided me with a meal at midnight due to arriving late. Adding to that they perfectly communicated via email, fast and useful responses that provided all of the necessary information regarding the shuttle service that was provided. The restaurants at the hotel were superb offering international and local cuisines that were so tasty, moreover the pool restaurant provided delicious drinks and spirits that just set the mood for the overall atmosphere of the pool, and during the week there were several activities varying from zumba classes and relaxing piano and jazz performances. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and unique !!!
The staff were very accommodating and friendly. My family and friends purchased the all inclusive option for the resort. The rooms were comfortable and family friendly. Activities were planned throughout the day and the activities director was always available for fun! Lots of places to see close to the location. Highly recommend

We loved it! Clean, spacious room and bathroom, very pleasant and delicately charming design. Extremely friendly staff! Only 2 minutes walk from the bus station and 5 from everything else. It was a perfect base for a week's stay in Chania and environs.
