Proper sand - no pebbles - and the incline of the sea bed is ideal for everyone, both those who like to paddle, or to be able to reach the bottom, and for those who like to go out and swim freely. Crystal clear water, one of the cleanest beaches I have known. Plenty of facilities, from some of the best beach bars to tavernas and fish restaurants. You do need a car to move around, or to do any sightseeing, but once you have that, the whole of Attica is your oyster, from the Marathon Tomb to Cape Sounion and of course Athens itself.
Porto Rafti is a fabulous location within Attica. You are near a wonderful port, beach, cafes etc and just 20 minutes from Athens or the airport.
Nice little studio in the small town of Attica, about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. Clean, convenient for late arrival or early departure. We contacted the agent's driver, who was excellent - prompt, friendly, very helpful. Highly recommended. We arranged for him to take us back the next morning to pick up our rental car. The apartment is a 10-minute walk to Attica's main street, with taverns and coffee shops. Coffee maker, tea kettle, refrigerator in the room.
Nea Makri
It is very easy to find parking if you travel with car. It is warm and comfortable in the apartment (we have used air conditioning and heaters), we were there 23-30th of December. There is TV in the apartment and very big soft and comfortable sofa. In the evening it was perfect for the family to watch Christmas films together. The apartment does have separate entrance. In the kitchen you can find all you need. It is not far away from the airport and from the Zoo (Attica Park).
Expectations online didn't match with reality. It seems like an ok hotel, but the level of service is just not good, maybe it's because they are new, but the organization of their processes is not quite there yet. But we did some nice trips in the area, nearby Rafina is a super nice small town to visit, en we made a day trip to Attica Zoological Park. New restaurant Cavo Seaside Bar & Restaurant a bit up the street which was very nice.

Everything was perfect. The apartment has everything you need! Just open a drawer and you'll find it! Also, it was very clean. A big plus is that there is plenty of parking in the area, a pharmacy across the road, a supermarket and it is super close to some of the best beaches in Attica. Will definitely recommend!
Everything about this hotel is amazing, truly amazing and for my 1yr anniversary of my wedding we couldn't be in a better place. Bangalow, buildings, staff and the b-e-s-t outdoors salted water swimming pool in Attica (what a pool to swim and hang around, truly the best), restaurant/food/etc. all tops.
Excellent property close to Athens (30min) away from the crowds in excellent low key location in Attica right on the beach, where you can chose to swim in sea or pool. Hotel has been refurbished and has super helpful as well as friendly staff.

Needed to book this hotel last minute due to canceled flight for a night, and the staff were very gentle answering to all my questions by phone. At arrival they were very warm welcoming and the bus station to the airport was just right on the other side of the beach. 30/40mn walking to city center and 15mn walk to Mount Lycabettus Nice terrace with pool (pool needs prior booking) spacious room

A very delightful hotel to spend the vacation
We cannot say enough about this outstanding property. First of all, the staff were amazing. We were always greeted with a smile and they went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The ambience was cozy and elegant without being pretentious. The rooms were spotless and the beds were super comfy. The water, coffee and tea in the rooms were a nice touch, and the included breakfast was more than we could have asked for. Well done Coco-Mat!

The location was great, in the middle of everything but quiet at the same time. The staff was so helpful and their recommendations were perfect.
This is one of the best hotel I've ever been to. We spent 3 days with my family and the rooms were super comfortable. You can tell they care about every detail of the hotel: the bed is amazing, they provide some drinks for free, all the hotel items are eco and original. The breakfast is amazing and diverse, you have many food options. The hotel has an incredible roof top with a breathtaking view of the city. The reception staff is awesome, they are always willing to help you with a big smile on their faces.
I liked the location, attitude and cleanliness of the hotel, it's the best spot for business and tourism visits.
