The eggs cooked to perfection every time, the kippers delicious. We decided to have dinner, and I had the pumpkin soup, which was off the charts good, my husband started with the escargot bourguignon that he says were the best he had tasted, we had sole and lamb, which were both cooked perfectly, again better than the French was boule de pain served with marmite house made butter. How can you improve upon perfection, unless it is served impeccably with a smile.
