Contrary to what I expected as I thought it was going to be a room above the pub, it was not. It was a separate purpose built building next to the pub, the room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. We had pets and the room even came with its own small walled yard. Plenty of space for parking the car. The Landlady Daphne is very friendly and welcoming as well as all her staff, and the food at the pub was exquisite! The village is lovely surrounded by beautiful countryside fields. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The place magical country house was fabulous full of history and incredible saff characters was dealt with so much enthusiasm and everything was a sheer quality experience from breakfast to dinner and occasional 🍸 drinks served perfectly the staff fell over each other to be as helpful as they could my hat off to them all

Set in beautiful, peaceful landscaped grounds, in the heart of rural Warwickshire, the hotel offers quality accommodation in a charming, lovingly restored former mill. The property is very pretty. It is an active restaurant, so be prepared for the that. The rooms are only a convenience, not their primary service. That being said, the rooms are very nicely appointed. We did have dinner and breakfast on site and both were excellent.
