Wheatsheaf Basingstoke by Chef and Brewer Collection is set just off the A303, about 11 km southwest of Basingstoke, with good links to the M3. Huge room and a comfy bed. Very hot water in the bath and very good value for the price paid.

A beautiful, independently owned hotel in the heart of Lyndhurst, next to the shops and many bars and restaurants in the town. The staff was very nice, breakfasts were very good and the room was confortable.
