Breakfast and also dinner were absolutely great, the food very tasty, the wine very good and the staff also was very attentive and nice. We had a great time and we will surely recommend this location to everyone.

Situated in 1.5 acres of elevated grounds, 'Knockendarroch Hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from Pitlochry town centre. The attention to detail and the way the house was brought back to life while maintaining all its characteristics was truly enjoyable. The dinner at the restaurant is part of the experience. We wish we could have stayed more. Out of all the hotels we’ve used during our holiday in Scotland (same price rage), this was the best.

We enjoyed the food and stay at this small inn, and walked one afternoon along the river bank to the next town as well as visited (the outside at least - as it was closed until 2 PM) the nearby Menzies Castle.
