The hotel is on Tuesday Market Square which is central to all that is going on. It was very convenient. The staff were friendly and exploring Kings Lynn was absolutely fantastic. With True's Yard Fisherfolk Museum, the classically fronted Majestic Theater, the Tipsey Teapot eatery , the small independent gin distiller "WhataHoot", and so many other interesting shops I only wish we'd had more time. It is a very fun, interesting, and historic village. A true hidden gem tucked away in Norfolk!
Norwich
Excellent is not good enough , I arrived late just before 2200 , had a meal , several beers , all Superb, then it was discovered I had booked for following night , was I dumped , not at all, Staff got me inn to another Group Hotel , even gave me a lift so I didnt upset Norfolk Plod . The new place was also great . I cannot thank staff enough , service brilliant , food exceptional , staff totally brilliant . There is not a word good enough to say what I feel about this establishment!!!
My wife and I are mature cyclists. We travelled around Norfolk using two Sustrans routes. We stopped at five different hotels about 45 miles apart. Each hotel traditionally catered for other markets. All the staff we met on tour were friendly and helpful and all were clean. The Knights Hill Hotel was busy as a wedding venue when we arrived and the staff were very busy so perhaps we felt a little underwhelmed with the reception. The evening meal was one of the best on tour.
Excellent location for visiting Hunstanton and other places along the North Norfolk Coast. Can get some peace and quiet at the hotel or very quickly get in to Hunstanton in the car or even walk in to Hunstanton in 35/40 minutes, walking through Golf Course and then along the coast. Other activities are available nearby if required. Friendly staff and Good breakfast. Room clean and tidy. Second time at Heacham Manor Hotel and would definitely go back again.
King's Lynn
I can honestly say this is one of the best small family run B & B/Hotel I've stayed in. The building and decor are Beautiful. My room was spotless, comfortable and very clean with a lovely view out to the garden. My cooked breakfast was lovely (very good poached eggs) with a variety of cereals and fruit. The old Rectory is definitely value for money and I fully recommend this accommodation if your staying in Norfolk.
Stalham
The Hotel was comfortable and our room was a good size. It was a welcome change to have a hotel with a spacious car park. Breakfast was really good and we did eat on the first evening, which was excellent. The chicken noodle main course was a fantastic 5 Stars. My wife’s salmon meal was also 5 stars. If we are up in Norfolk again we would definitely choose the Wayford Bridge Inn.
Cromer
Mill House is beautiful. A truly relaxing break in a lovely part of Norfolk. Denise was wonderful and went out of her way to make our experience unforgettable. From the fresh flowers in our gorgeous room to the fabulous cooked breakfast, everything was lovely. A short walk to the pub and Sea Marge hotel (no car needed) where we had some yummy meals. A lovely time was had by all!
Blakeney
The hotel is delightful in a great location close to everything. The two outstanding elements of our 4 night stay was the superb staff and outstanding food. The staff were super friendly, nothing was to much trouble and very attentive. The Chef (Jamie Norfolk) is a rising star cooking some imaginative and very high quality food. I would highly recommend this Hotel.
Hunstanton
The Apartment was excellent, very clean and featured all amenities. The location was great, as it was close to the front, major supermarket and had a car parking space. It was about a 15 minute walk into town, but had the bonus of a (Kings Lynn / Hunstanton) bus stop right outside, which was very handy for getting into town and exploring the Norfolk Coast.
Wells next the Sea
Excellent location for exploring the North Norfolk coastline from Hunstanton to Cromer. Holkham Hall is just a mile to the west and worth a visit. The Hotel is just right - the rooms are large enough with en-suite, good parking, and excellent selection for breakfast. The staff are very welcoming. Thoroughly recommended.
Location A!. As the resort was built with the hotel and Green as the focus and this certainly worked. Bar comfortable. Bar prices not exorbitant. Decent bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed finding things to do in Hunstanton. Sea front and gardens excellent. Bus to Norfolk Lavender on time. Hotel staff good.
Sheringham
Set in extensive grounds on the edge of a country park, the hotel was oldie worldly. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was in a great place - close to Burnham Market and close enough to get to Yarmouth, which was an interesting place! A great base for exploring North Norfolk.
The hotel is useful on the outskirts of Norwich it enables good car access to the north Norfolk area. It is a pleasant hotel and it was quiet. It is a little dated with single pane windows I don’t think the green credentials are so great.
Staff were very friendly, engaging and attentive. Building was clean, presented to a good standard. Large landscaped garden by river. Quiet rural position. Hotel was dog friendly. Good location for exploring north Norfolk.
Watton
The location was great, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The Apartment was better than we thought. such a great outlook onto the course and provides easy access to other Norfolk amenities.
Lovely spacious room and bathroom, good breakfast, and clean well-maintained spa facilities. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is well situated for visiting Norwich and the rest of Norfolk.
Very welcoming. The hotel is well positioned for visiting Norfolk broads, Norwich and several NT properties. Good value accomodations and breakfast. We had a lovely time.
