Friendly courteous staff made you feel very welcome. Nothing too much trouble such as early check-in after 6 hours drive.
Love roast lunch and terrific breakfast spread. Good drinks selection, too.
All round good value and a short stroll to the beach and 20 mins to Hunny. Great!

Great location, with scope to walk to lots of places without the car , shame there's no decent footpath to Titchwell but that no reflection on the Lifeboat!

The property is well located for the South Beach, with off-street parking. We received a warm welcome from the host, who explained everything we needed to know well. The room was a decent size, with good bathroom facilities and a comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent and it was useful being able to book a time slot for this. We would recommend this b&b.
Set around a manor house dating back to 1648, these old farm outbuildings have free parking and free WiFi in all areas. Caley is located in the village of Old Hunstanton on the coast of Norfolk.

Good bus service makes Hunstanton an ideal base for exploring the West Norfolk coast. Lovely green spaces and open views across the Wash. Bustling little town centre with lots of independent shops and cafes.
I had lunch at the Norfolk Deli which specialises in local produce and home baking.

I went down to see family who moved from Skegness.
I went down to see family who moved from Skegness. I was only going down for the day but ended up staying for a night. I needed some clothes for the day. This is where the headache started. There was only 1 place to shop at Tesco and morrisons don't sell clothes If you want those you have to go in to kings Lynn about 14 mile drive. If you want a taxi good look that has to come from kings Lynn too and they charge alot for the privilege. I was down from nottingham as I had to take my family to the hospital. The taxi round trip would have cost £90 to the hospital only 12 miles away. I payed that for my fuel and a hotel and got there and back home whilst there I did the hospital trip too and I still had enough fuel to run around when I got home. I do like hunstanton there are lots of other things around to do and see.

Everything we needed.
Everything we needed. Nice places to eat and drink all within a short distance. Shops. Fairground attractions. Nice choice of beach stretches. Plenty of places to get your fish & chips. Busses every 15 minutes if needed.

The bathroom was good.
The bathroom was good.
The flooring in the kitchen was very poor, as old flagstones, some are chipped and dangerous and filthy
The slatted bed was also very, very dangerous as it collapsed and because of that happening I damaged my knee, of which I had recently had a replacement, also had a massive bruise on my arm, the sofa bed in the lounge was very uncomfortable, so I ended up sleeping on the sofa in the kitchen, which wasn’t the most comfortable but I didn’t have much choice. All this happening also gave me sciatica, which is so painful.
The lounge is ok but very dated
I’ve been trying to complain to booking.com but cannot get in touch with them, I send emails and thy tell me to phone, but can never get through. I would like a part refund but booking.com don’t help me.
The best thing about this property is location, and leaving
Pictures are of collapsed bed.

This is a beautiful hotel overlooking the sea, This hotel is a quiet comfy stay and the town just a few steps away. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy so sleeping is no trouble. There is a large breakfast room which overlooks the sea and has great food choice. There is also a restaurant here for dinning and a bar with a good choice of drinks.
The hotel is well maintained and is clean, this hotel is also dog friendly and also sells dog treats.
Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay to get away from it all for a short break.
The hotel is superb, spotless, comfortable, friendly and a cracking breakfast.
If/when we go back to Hunstanton we will try to stay at Ellinbrook again.
The North Norfolk coast really is a gem wuth some lovely little beach towns.
No breakfast off season but Copper Kettle open at 8.00am round the corner. Very friendly and reasonable price. Highly recommended. The Marine Hotel has bar below serves great basic but well cooked food. My home made steak and kidney pudding fantastic.
