Hampton by Hilton Hamilton Park is located just of Junction 5 of the M74, offering easy access to Hamilton, Motherwell and Glasgow City Centre. We loved looking out at the racecourse from our room. Lovely modern Hilton. Big improvement on the one which we stayed at the previous night at Edinburgh Airport. Great access to motorway heading North to the Highlands as well. Lovely friendly staff at breakfast area and reception despite being under pressure with large coach tour groups.

Travelled with our two dogs who were not allowed into restaurant. They were presented with a bowl each with treats in the room though on arrival plus their own towel. They were also allowed into the reception/bar area so for breakfast our table was set up in there & they could join us & not be left in the room. Also wife said it was the best scrambled eggs she has had in any hotel/b&b anywhere & she is fussy!
