The room where we stayed is spacious, bright and clean and has a view on St Edward's churchyard, and one of the breakfast rooms has a view on the famous church door. Staff is very kind and helpful. Loved the heritage building, the historical story it tells. Staff were attentive, accommodative and friendly. Rooms were clean, grand and comfortable. Food and drinks were good and we were lucky to enjoy the 50% Black Friday discounts at the restaurant. Wish we stayed longer……

Location was ideal - nice & quiet but easy to get into town if required. Spa facilities were an added bonus We wanted a quiet relaxing stay after the hustle and bustle of Christmas & this certainly met all our expectations.
