Brand new apartment with very nice appliances and furnishings. Very roomy, spacious, and comfortable. Excellent kitchen to prepare your own meals. Bathroom and shower were outstanding. One of the largest big screen TV’s I’ve seen, and owner has many paid channels available for free to tenant. Small deck off the living room and nice views of the Glencoe area and loch from the deck and room windows. Good location near Ballachulish, a few pubs and restaurants and a Co-op grocery store. Convenient parking near the front door.
The rental is actually a spacious apartment with a full kitchen. The amenities are exceptional and Mairi (host) has thought of absolutely every detail. The location is superb in being so close to Glencoe and Oban. There is hiking outside the location and a paved bike bath in the front along the water. The patio doors open to a beautiful of the water and it was a peaceful and quiet stay. Perfect location and perfect host!! This would also be a great place to go to do remote work. Has a space for work if needed.
The apartment felt like a home away from home. It is spacious, comfortable, at a great location for day trips or for just enjoying the views of the loch. Free parking, good wifi, plenty of personal touches that make you feel welcome, and lovely hosts. Comfy beds, shower, and a functional kitchen make this a place we'll definitely choose again when we return to the Glencoe area.
Ballachulish
Stunning location, and a beautifully furnished apartment with everything we needed for our stay. We had our dog with us and it was so lovely to walk around the beautiful gardens. We were so close to all the stunning sights in Glencoe, it was ideal. Highlight was listening to an owl as we went for an evening walk around the garden!
The location near to Glencoe mountain resort is handy and the outlook over Loch Leven is very pleasant. The breakfast was tasty and had a good selection of hot and cold options. It’s great the hotel welcomes dogs and this was one of the reasons we chose it. The pool kept the young teens busy for a little while.
Glencoe

Hosts were super friendly and excellent cooked breakfast. Great for local restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Glencoe
Breakfast was delicious and the staff (especially Nick) was great! Stella runs the hotel as if it was hers, professional and friendly, her husband made great drinks at the bar. Beds are comfortable and the accommodations are at the perfect location for wondering Glencoe. Highly recommend the hotel.
The location of this hotel was good, close enough (by car) to where we were going (Glencoe). The room itself was pleasant enough for our 1 night stay. We arrived late in the evening, and the receptionist was the barman, who was busy, but also accommodating and friendly.
Glencoe
Hostel in the middle of GlenCoe. Very close to the Three Sisters and other places like Fort Williams. We were 4 and had the whole 8 person room for ourselves. Did not use the kitchen, but it looked quite clean. Same thing with the showers in the toilets.
Incredible location on the lake. We had a balcony with a table and chairs. Furnishings are modest. Restaurant is excellent. Close proximity to Glencoe and sightseeing. Part of the hotel is a refurbished train station which closed in 1960’s.
Ballachulish
The apartment was so comfortable and just big enough for the two of us. it was also located very well for easy access to to hiking and Glencoe. Our host was able to help us immediately with the tv and the oven.
Nice hotel in a good location for exploring Glencoe. We had a nice meal at the restaurant in the evening and the buffet breakfast in the morning was not bad. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Stunning location in North Ballachulish. Excellent spot to use as a base for exploring Glencoe. Staff were great very friendly and knowledgeable.
Fantastic location, the view alone was worth the price. The building was quirky, but I liked it ,very different to the norm. Spent a lot of time just sitting in front of that window.
Location Location Location Quaint and cozy. Nice beds. Jacuzzi is excellent especially if it is cold and rainy. Beautiful views ever changing scenery. Lodge #8 at the far end is the best
I liked the theme, felt like a good spot to detox.
