All around are lovely walks and views, and it is only a shortish drive (albeit down very narrow country lanes) from Lewes, Hove, and Brighton. Our room was very comfortable with a splendid bathroom, and lovely view. We ate dinner on Saturday night and it was inventive and delicious cuisine using a lot of local ingredients. Highly recommended, not least because the owners and staff are particularly friendly.

There's a breakfast option available, which we didn't use. We however used the small icecream cart at the entrance. The hotel is directly at the promenade. It doesn't have it's own parking, however you can park for 2 £/day on the street with an H-card and you only need it Mo-Sat from 8-18. We never had any issue finding a parking spot.
