Dating back to the early 16th century, The Christopher Hotel, Eton is located on Windsor's historic Eton High Street and offers contemporary accommodation with free internet access. The location was perfect for visiting the Windsor Castle and Eton College. We loved the restaurants and pubs nearby and the breakfast that was included in our stay was excellent. The staff was very helpful especially Graham and Sarah. I would highly recommend The Christopher to friends and visit again the next time I am in Windsor.

The chef clearly loves to cook. Best meal I have had in the UK. Staff were friendly, accomodating and just the best. Laid back luxury.

Staff were very friendly and the place was very tidy. We had a minor problem when we first got there but they sorted it out for us immediately with no problem. Didn't manage to use the spa but the hotel itself was very cozy and homely. The bathroom in the Berkshire suite was amazing, lovely bath and shower. Bath fits 2 people very comfortably. The bed was also very comfy too. Tea/ coffee maker in the room was always stocked up with enough for my partner and I. Overall a very lovely stay and hopefully we'll be back again!😊
We stayed at the Berkshire Arms for reading festival weekend … we are not campers the hotel was away from reading enough maybe 25 minute drive , our hotel room had a huge comfy bed which after walking and dance round the festival all day was amazing to come back to , and seriously the best shower, hot and powerful ! The staff were all lovely, smilie and helpful at all times .
The staff team were absolutely amazing. Friendly and professional. The Bear is dog friendly which meant our dog could join us for the break. The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Hungerford and the West Berkshire countryside. Our room was nicely decorated. Plenty of power and USB points. The bed was so comfortable and we had a great sleep.

Perfect location for the Retro Festival at Newbury Showground. Staff were warm and friendly, room was lovely, and the spa was ace!! Guests are able to use the spa for as long as they want after checkout and this was a huge bonus for me and made it superb value overall.
