Beautiful room with all amenities. Hotel nestled in a charming, typical french village surrounded by forests, with a river lazily flowing by. Breakfast and service was a bit underwhelming.

The staff are very pleasant, helpful and friendly. The rooms are always very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are always very clean and the shower works very well. The Breakfast is continental and very good.

All of the staff were very friendly. We arrived three hours before the earliest check in time but our room was ready and they kindly let us in. Location was perfect. Both tram lines and many bus lines stop 100 m away from the hotel. Hotel interior is modern and clean and their beds are very confy. They didn't have coffee machine nor instant coffees in the room which are usually available in other hotels but that is a tiny issue. I can truly recommend Ibis hotel for your stay in Besançon.
