The staff was exceptionally helpful and helped me with the million questions and bookings I had to make. Great experience. A bit too expensive but wonderful nonetheless!

The location was in small village on the border with Norway, perfect for viewing the northern lights. The food was gourmet and impeccable. The staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel offers daily activities. The hotel itself was very well appointed and every detail was well thought out. The beds were a bit soft for my taste, but that was the case for all the hotels we stayed in Norway and Finland.
